Where Does Our Food Go?
“Food Glorious Food!” Through the use of the novel and film, Charlie And The Chocolate Factory, pupils will create their own magical kingdom involving a young selfless boy and an eccentric gent! We will also investigate and learn the different parts of the human digestive system and the role each part plays. Pupils will have the opportunity to explore and research how the human body processes food, through experiments demonstrating the journey of food.
Children will be taking part in a variety of experiments about what happens to food after it is eaten. We will be studying the different types of teeth and their function and also tooth damage and decay investigations.
