Melbur is our Year 4 class taught by Miss Morrison on Monday and Tuesday, and Mrs Cooper on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Mrs Miskowicz is provides Teaching Assistant support and class cover on a Wednesday as one of our Higher Level Teaching Assistants. Ms Trula joins us on a Monday afternoon to teach Spanish. Mr Bacon leads the in school P.E lessons and this term, we go swimming on a Wednesday afternoon.

In Religious Education lessons, we will be studying Saints and the places in Cornwall linked to them.


'Getting On and Falling Out' will be our focus of PSHE lessons.

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly!
Through the use of the musical, Oliver Twist, pupils will create their own Rags To Riches Tales set in Scotland and Cornwall.
We will be learning about Florence Nightingale and the changes in medical care that she instigated.  We will also be exploring crimes and their punishments from the past.
The children will learn about a variety of good people and how they are represented on Sterling currency.
Children will be take part in a variety of Art, Design and Music based activities linked to our Topic.
